Purpose
ACA uses the information to receive, classify and process the learning or partnership enquiry that you choose to submit.
Data received
The form may receive your name, email, phone number, organization, area of interest, message, language and source page.
Access
Only authorized managers in Smart LMS CMS and necessary internal personnel may process the information. It is not exposed through a public API.
Retention
Personal data is retained for no more than 365 days from receipt and is then anonymized. ACA may retain non-identifying statistical information.
Your rights
You may request access, correction or anonymization of submitted information. Please provide the reference code so ACA can identify the correct submission.
